TCK Solutions LLC started off as Craig's Lint Removal Service based in Park Forest, Illinois.  Cleaning Dryer vents is how it all began.  My mother asked me a few years ago to check on her dryer.  it wasn't drying properly on the first cycle.  It turns out the dryer vent was clogged.  I cleaned it out and the dryer has worked perfectly ever since.  At that point...something clicked because I noticed that I had this amazing feeling of accomplishment after I finished the repair.  I knew immediately that i wanted to experience that feeling again.  I'm now officially addicted to repairing appliances.  I can't see my future without appliance repair being a part of it.  In terms of the letters TCK...for me those initials perfectly describe what it takes to be a successful business.  It takes Timing, Collaboration, and Karma to solve just about any problem. 

 

If you’re looking for a appliance repair technician with passion, enthusiasm and deep expertise, you’ve come to the right place.  I come from a military background.  I'm also a second-generation railroader with more than 21 years experience in transportation.  I've spent years volunteering for the Boy Scouts of America and I'm an avid bicyclist.  I also play a mean game of chess.  The best quality that I possess is a growth mindset.  There is nothing that can't be figured out.  In the end, I've learned how to make a way to get it done.
